The treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to ensure that subsequent guests can be served as planned. Please inform our reception team of any delay as soon as possible. If you arrive more than halfway through the scheduled treatment duration, Metropol Spa Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Before the treatment, you will be asked to provide a medical history to make sure there are no contraindications. If in doubt, consult our spa staff.<\/li>\n<li>If you are a guest at the hotel, you may arrive in your bathrobe and slippers if you wish.<\/li>\n<li>Guests are required to pay for their treatment at the spa reception desk prior to the treatment. You can pay by cash or card.<\/li>\n<li>The spa attendant will show you the products used during the treatment and will also recommend products for home care.<\/li>\n<li>Do not hesitate to let the attendant know if you are comfortable\/uncomfortable, cold\/hot, or if the massage intensity is sufficient, etc. during the treatment.<\/li>\n<li>If you arrive later than the booked time, we cannot guarantee that you will be treated for the maximum duration. We therefore ask you to inform our administrator of any delays as soon as possible. Please note that if you are late, your treatment will be cut short by the amount of time you are late.<\/li>\n<li>Your booking will be automatically cancelled if you are late by more than half of the duration of the treatment.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or if the customer fails to arrive for the reservation, the service will be considered used. Payments made for prepaid services will not be refunded. For unpaid reservations, Haveli Invest O\u00dc \/ Metropol Spa Hotel reserves the right to invoice the customer for the full value of the reserved service. The right of withdrawal and refund conditions for services and gift cards purchased through the webshop are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Metropol Spa Hotel webshop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Wellness Centre is a place of peace and quiet. Please turn off your mobile phones and speak in a hushed voice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Spa and Wellness Centre does not serve people who are drunk or disorderly. In this situation, the spa staff\/administrator reserve(s) the right to cancel the booked treatment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Your opinion is very important to us! We would greatly appreciate feedback on your spa experience.
