You can check in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel’s luggage room until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 15:00, you may have access to the room earlier. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and our additional charges are:
Clients must be at least 18 years old to check in at the Metropol Hotels. To prevent fraud and in interests of security, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing a valid identification at check in.
All guests must fill out the registration card (name, citizenship, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail, signature). Names of all guests occupying the room must be registered as well.
Children aged 12 or under must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
You are welcome to stay in your room on the day of departure until 12:00. If you want to use the room longer, please contact the hotel reception. Late check-out is subject to availability and for an additional fee.
If you want to stay longer in our city, you can also leave your luggage in the hotel’s luggage room. Free luggage room is available 24/7 for luggage storage. The hotel will not be held responsible for damaged or missing luggage.
The booked room is guaranteed until 18:00 pm on the day of arrival. If the guest has not informed the hotel about the late arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the entire booking and sell the room to the next guest, after 18:00 pm the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms. Please notify the hotel’s sales department at booking@metropol.ee or the hotel’s reception at reception@metropol.ee of your late arrival.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms, as well as in the common areas.
If you need somewhere to park, make sure to book a parking space in advance by e-mailing our sales department at booking@metropol.ee
Parking is available as follows:
*Car park beneath the hotel:€25 per day
Note! Since the hotel is in the city centre, there’s no free parking around it. We strongly advise you to observe all signs and make sure you’re aware of the parking conditions
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our hotel rooms, including on balconies. Smoking is allowed outside in front of the Hotel or in the Smoking room on 1st floor near reception. Please be advised that penalty for smoking in restricted areas is 300 €.
We perform daily cleaning in hotel rooms only upon Your request – housekeeping monitors the sign “PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM“ placed on the door of the room.
Please place the sign on the door not later than 12:00.
NB! If minibar items run out and you wish to have more, please contact reception.
Uso of the “Do not disturb” sign – we understand and respect your need for privacy. However, the hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room.
If you need extra towels, blankets, pillows etc, please notify the reception. If you need a baby cot or an extra bed in your hotel room, please notify the sales department booking@metropol.ee or reception reception@metropol.ee prior your arrival during the reservation process.
In the spa center, pleasant saunas, jacuzzies, a swimming pool and refreshing cocktails await you. Customers of the Metropol Spa Hotel can use the spa during opening hours, free of charge, throughout their stay. Metropol Spa Centre is open Mon – Sun 8:30-21:00. Last entry is at 20:00.
The Spa Centre (except for dressing rooms) is unisex, swimming clothes are required.
Consuming own beverages & food at the Spa Centre is strictly prohibited. Please be advised that penalty for consuming own beverages or food is 50 €.
Misbehavior can result in immediate ejection from the Spa Centre.
Guests are required not to disturb other guests, staff members or smooth running of the hotel.
Quiet hours 22:00-07:00. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please notify the hotel reception by phone or in person.
All the guests who stay in hotel rooms later than 22:00 have to be registered at the reception desk with the ID card or passport and pay the extra accommodation fee 35€ Misbehavior as a result of alcohol or drugs abuse is prohibited and can result in immediate ejection from hotel premises.
Please be advised that breaking or damaging hotels inventory will result in a fine according to fixed prices available at the reception. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services if house rules are not being followed. In this case, the hotel has no obligation to refund for accommodation or other services.
