It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Metropol Spa Hotel and Metropol Hotel!

 


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check in is from 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and for an extra fee. Please contact the hotel reception for late check-out.
  • A booked room is guaranteed until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If a guest fails to inform the hotel reception of their late arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the entire booking and make it available to the next guest. After that, the hotel cannot guarantee available rooms. In this case, the deposit paid for the first night will not be refunded to the guest (the refund for the entire booking is subject to the terms and conditions accepted by the guest at the time of booking).
  • All guests staying at our hotels must be over 18 years of age. Please present a valid legal identification document upon arrival.
  • In accordance with the Tourism Act of Estonia, all guests staying at our hotels are required to complete a check-in card upon arrival. Information on the card must include your given names, surname, date of birth, nationality, place of residence, telephone number, email address and signature. All people staying in the room overnight must be registered.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised and cared for by a parent/guardian/adult at all times during their stay.

PARKING

  • Paid parking is available for Metropol Spa Hotel clients in the underground garage and for Metropol Hotel clients in the outdoor car park.
    The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces, which we recommend booking in advance. To book a parking space, please contact the hotel’s sales department booking@metropol.ee or contact the hotel reception reception@metropol.ee.
  • Public paid parking is available close to the hotel. We strongly advise you to observe all signs and make sure you are aware of the parking conditions

SPA CENTRE

  • The Spa Centre is open for our hotel guests Mon-Fri from 08:30-22:00, with last entry at 21:00.
  • Clients of the Metropol Spa Hotel have unlimited access to the Spa Centre (during opening hours) included in the room rate and must use their red wristband or the HotelBuddy app to enter the spa.
  • Clients of the Metropol Hotel can purchase a spa admission at the reception desk for 15 € / 3 hrs.
  • The Spa Centre (excluding changing rooms) is unisex. Swimwear is mandatory.
  • Guests are strictly forbidden from consuming their own meals or drinks in the Spa Centre. Violations will result in a fine of €300 (three hundred euros).
  • In case of violation of the rules, the hotel has the right to ask the guest to leave the Spa. The admission cost will not be refunded.

LUGGAGE

  • A free luggage room is available at the hotel reception. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to or loss of items left in the luggage room

GENERAL HOTEL RULES

  • Smoking in the premises of the Metropol Spa Hotel and the Metropol Hotel (with the exception of the smoking room on the 1st floor of the Metropol Spa Hotel) is strictly forbidden.
    If the guest violates the rules and smokes in an area not intended for it, they must pay a fine of €300 (three hundred euros).
  • 22:00-07:00 are the designated quiet hours at the hotel. Please report any violations of the hotel’s rules to us at the earliest opportunity, either by telephone or in person at the hotel reception (this includes excess noise, inappropriate behaviour, etc.).
  • All guests of the hotel’s clients who remain in the hotel rooms after 22:00 must check in at the reception desk based on an identity document and pay an accommodation fee of €35
  • Guests must behave in a respectful manner while staying at the hotel and must not disturb other hotel guests or staff or interfere with the normal operation of the hotel.
  • The hotel reserves the right to select its guests and to ask clients to leave the hotel premises. Any sums paid for accommodation or services are non-refundable.
  • If guests damage, deface or break any property of the hotel, they are liable to pay a contractual fine according to the price list at the reception.

HOUSEKEEPING

  • “Do Not Disturb” sign – we understand your desire for privacy. However, the hotel has the right, where necessary, to check the room and the persons staying in the room 24 hours a day to make sure that everything is well with both the hotel’s property and the persons staying in the room.
  • Daily cleaning in hotel rooms is only done at your request – housekeeping will act on the “ROOM NEEDS CLEANING” sign on the door of the room. Please place the sign on the door by 12:00.
  • If you need extra blankets, pillows or towels, please contact the hotel reception.
