We use a digital self-service platform platform HotelBuddy to provide you with modern contactless guest technology and to make your stay with us even more comfortable.

With Hotelbuddy you can use your personal device to open your room door, order additional services, chat with hotel staff, and instead of standing in line on the day of departure, conveniently pay and check out.

To use the self-service platform, please contact the hotel reception, who will provide you with a personal access link. There is no need to download any application to use HotelBuddy; all its functionalities are accessible through the same link and work on any device with an internet browser.
