Metropol Hotels’ digitalisation project has received support from the European Union
Metropol Hotels Group is implementing a digitalisation project that includes the introduction of the D-EDGE CRM customer relationship management system with a loyalty programme, as well as the TAC spa and wellness management software. The new solutions will be integrated with the hotel’s PMS system (Infor).
Objective:
To digitalise and automate customer and service management processes and improve the overall guest experience.
Result:
A comprehensive, data-driven customer journey, more efficient workflows and improved service quality.
Amount of support:
€14,000
(Total project cost €20,000, own contribution €6,000)
The project is implemented between 13 January 2025 and 1 July 2025 with the support of the European Union.
