Rules of good practice – Wellness

Dear guest!

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Metropol Spa Hotel and Metropol Hotel!

We want all guests of the Wellness Centre to feel welcome and comfortable.

 

  • Treatments can be booked on the hotel website, by phone or email, or on site at the Spa Centre reception desk on the 2nd floor of the Metropol Spa Hotel.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your booked treatment to allow time to prepare for the relaxation ahead.
  • Before the treatment, you will be asked to provide a medical history to make sure there are no contraindications. If in doubt, consult our spa staff.
  • If you are a guest at the hotel, you may arrive in your bathrobe and slippers if you wish.
  • Guests are required to pay for their treatment at the spa reception desk prior to the treatment. You can pay by cash or card.
  • The spa attendant will show you the products used during the treatment and will also recommend products for home care.
  • Do not hesitate to let the attendant know if you are comfortable/uncomfortable, cold/hot, or if the massage intensity is sufficient, etc. during the treatment.
  • If you arrive later than the booked time, we cannot guarantee that you will be treated for the maximum duration. We therefore ask you to inform our administrator of any delays as soon as possible. Please note that if you are late, your treatment will be cut short by the amount of time you are late.
  • Your booking will be automatically cancelled if you are late by more than half of the duration of the treatment.
  • If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 1 day in advance.
  • The Wellness Centre is a place of peace and quiet. Please turn off your mobile phones and speak in a hushed voice.
  • The Spa and Wellness Centre does not serve people who are drunk or disorderly. In this situation, the spa staff/administrator reserve(s) the right to cancel the booked treatment
  • Your opinion is very important to us! We would greatly appreciate feedback on your spa experience. This provides us with valuable insight on how to improve our service and meet the expectations of our guests.
