Room Cleaning

Use of the “Do Not Disturb” sign – we understand and respect your wish for privacy. However, the hotel reserves the right to check the condition of the room and verify the persons staying in the room within a 24-hour period to ensure the safety of both hotel property and guests.
Daily room cleaning is provided only upon request. Housekeeping will monitor the sign placed on your door: ROOM NEEDS CLEANING. Please place the sign on your door no later than 12:00 PM.
The waste bin located under the desk in your room is intended for mixed household waste. Please leave cardboard packaging next to the bin. Metal cans and glass bottles/jars may be left on the table. In the hotel lobby, you will find a sorting station where you can conveniently dispose of bio waste, packaging, paper and cardboard.
Recycling bins for separated waste collection are located in the hotel lobbies. Hazardous waste, such as batteries, accumulators, and e-cigarettes, should be brought to the reception desk so that it can be safely directed to the appropriate collection system.

Gym

The gym is open daily from 7:00–22:00.
Location: Metropol Hotel (neighboring hotel, connected by indoor corridor).
Unlimited gym access during opening hours is included in the room rate for Metropol Spa Hotel guests.

Parking is available in the Metropol Spa Hotel garage for 30 € per day.
